writes, teaches & translates.

I write essays, fiction, and poetry exploring the Korean diaspora experience—tracing memory, identity, and reinvention across Seoul, Vancouver, and Montreal. I also provide one-on-one academic tutoring and writing mentorship for serious students and emerging writers who want to strengthen their voice, clarity, and power.

Currently based in British Columbia, on the ancestral and unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples: xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. Endlessly traversing liminal spaces.
